Can Juvaderm Filler Be Used For Rhinoplasty?

i would like to have rhinoplasty done to smooth out a small bump in my nose. i was told that i can have juvaderm filler put into my nose to smooth out my bump. is it safe?? if i want to have rhinoplasty done after the filler is injected, would i have to wait until it resorbs and goes away? also, would it cause any problems for me if i decide to have rhinoplasty after the filler? last but not least, when the filler does eventually absorb, would it leave the skin where it was filled loose or saggy?
