Can Letov Be Taken To Conceive?

Hi I am trying to conceive and my dr asked me to loose weight n once he gave me letov 2.5mg which I was asked to take the 2nd day after my period had finished.. I was asked to take it for 13 days. now I am on glycomet and have got my periods again. I am wondering if I should take letov again and if so when do I take it ? Thank you.
