Can Letrozale Cause Delayed Periods?

Hi there. I am 43 and have never been late with my menstrual cycles. I have taken clomid for three months and last month switched to letrozale. This month I have not had my menstrual cycle. I am now 10 days late but many negative pregnancy tests. Could this be because of the letrozale?
