Can Levolin Or Ascoril Flucoid Be Given To Wheezing And Running Nose?

My child is 22 myhs..hv relocated to canada..hes javing bad cough with wheezing...breaths with mouth open while sleeping...n is resyless at nite..its been 2 days now...nw runny nose hs startd..hv vry mild fever so once gave advil...i hav levolin zyrcold and ascorsil flucold from india...which one i can give to my baby..as here they dnt giv med .n only guv advil...kindly help
