Can Limbrel Cause Dizziness And Feeling Of Confusion?

I take the lowest dose of cymbalta/generic due to post op back surgery and osteoarthritis. I have no obvious side effects with this drug. Have been on it for about a year. I saw my podiatrist today for bone spurs in my big toe and got a steroid shot that usually lasts about 6mos. But, he gave me samples of LIMBREL to try. Right now after one pill early evening, I think it made me feel a bit off as in sort of less like myself. Slightly dizzy just sort of fuzzy in comparison to how I usually am.
