Can Lisinopril And Atenol Chlor Cause Low And Irregular Pulse Rate?

I am 72 years old and taking Lisinopril 20 mg morning and night and AtenolChlor 100/25 mg every day. My pulse has been running 49 to 50 beats per minute. I had a colonoscopy yesterday and they mentioned the low pulse and the fact that it was irregular. It is still slow but is regular. I just saw my family doc 2 weeks ago and there was no problem.
