Can LoSeasonique Cause Continuous Bleeding After Intercourse With Stomach Pain?

I'm currently taking LoSeasonique, a low dose birth control. I've been bleeding regularly for over a month now and I'm seriously concerned. It only started happening after I had sex with my fiancee, but I didn't think much about it. Plus for the past week my stomach area has been in an insane amount of pain. Is there a possibility that I'm pregnant? If I am, will the fact that I'm still on the pill harm my child? If I'm not, what could be going on?
