Can Lubic Jelly Be Used With Latex Condoms During Intercourse?

Dear Doctor, My question is about Lubic (TM) made by Neon India. (1) Can the Jelly be used with latex condoms during intercourse? (2) Can it be used to line the inside of the vagina for lubrication? (3) Is it edible, meaning safe if ingested during oral sex? (4) Does it essentially serve all the purpose that K-Y jelly serves during intercourse? Thanks and Regards
