Can Lubic Lubricant Be Used While Trying To Conceive, And Does Female Ejaculation Affect Conception?

Can ( Lubic by neon Laboratories) be used if I am trying to conceive?...as my vagina is dry sometimes and it becomes painful to have sex. Would like to know : 1. if its advisable to apply lubrications(We are planning for conceiving and doubt whether such lubrications be a barrier to this) 2.is male ejaculation alone is sufficient or both the partners need to ejaculate.
