Can Lutera Cause Stomach Flu, Body Aches, Abdominal Cramps Or Diarrhea?

I'm on Lutera. I started this month's pack a week ago yesterday. Last week Tuesday I had the stomach flu for 3 days with diarrhea and body aches. Friday I felt fine. Saturday morning I woke up at 6am with diarrhea once again. By noon, I had intense stomach pains/cramps that would come about every 15 minutes. Sunday the severe stomach cramps were gone, but there are still less intense stomach cramps and diarrhea. Today I feel the same as Sunday. I was reading about the side effects of Lutera, and found that abdominal cramps and diarrhea are side effects. Should I be concerned and stop taking the Lutera? Or is this just my body adjusting, and will it pass?
