Can MDMA Be Taken While On Ran-Clarithromycin?

Hi I m taking ran-clarithromycin for my strep throat for ten days. I was hoping to take some ecstasy at a music festival in the up coming days but I ll still be taking the antibiotics. Can I still take the M while taking ran-clarithromycin. If not can I stop taking it for 2 days before the festival then start them up again
