Can Meftal P And Fevril Be Given Together To A Toddler?

Hi! Can i give meftal- p along with fevril. My baby is 1.3 yrs and his weight is 10 kg. Pediatrician reccomended fevril suspension - 5ml n if fever is more than 100f, recommend ed dose is 3ml. Can i give both at a time? Thank u for ur consideration.
