Can Melacare Be Used For Dark Pigmentation Of Skin?

Hello docter,I have used melacare for 2 months and after being aware of its side affects I have been using panderm skin cream for 2 yrs and i found their are so many dark patches on my skin so should i use melacare for a certain period till all dark patches goes???
