Can Meniere's Disease And Hyperacusis Cause Decreased Hearing?

Can meniere's disease cause decrease in music appreciation? I dont have any loss in my hearing.and the meniere's is in its earlly stages. but I dont hear sounds comfortably anymore. I can not enjoy music as much as I did years ago. I have early meniere's and a little bit hyperacusis, but I dont have really classical syptoms like vertigo,or balance disroders, but anyway My doctor prescribed betaserc and stugeron(calcium channel blocker), ( my EcoG test results had the SP/AP ratio of 0.36) I'm 21 / m
