Can Methotrexate Cause Intestinal Discomfort And Acid Reflux?

I have been experiencing intestinal discomfort over the last two weeks especially after I eat but even in the morning before I eat anything I have nausea. At night before I go to bed I have acid reflux. I do have rheumatoid arthritis and am taking methotrexate as well as diclofenac plus Zoloft. I have stopped all of these and still have these problems. Could the methotrexate have given me some intestinal tears?
