Can Microgynon 30 Cause Weakness, Hand Tremor, Acid Reflux, Decreased Sexual Drive?

Hi, I am a 29 year old black woman. I have recently began feeling weak before meals (1 week ago). today I noticed my left hand was shaking while I tried to eat. Last night I was feeling very weak before dinner. I usually have breakfast and I try to stay away from fast food. I have a history of asthma (last attack 10 years ago), but I am not on any medication for that right now. I suffer with acid reflux but I am not on any medications for that either, I try to eat the right things to avoid it. I suffer with allergies and I don't have any diseases as far as I am aware. I recently started taking birth control pills though and they have had me moody and have even reduced my sex drive. The pill is microgynon 30. Can this be the reason for how I am feeling?
