Can Microgynon Affect Breast Growth?

i have been taking microgynon pills for one year. There is no indication of stunted breast growth in the side effects guide, infact it indicates that many women's breasts enlarge. I am 18 now and my breasts have not matured at all since last year, is there any possibility that microgynon may be affecting their growth?
