Can Microgynon30 Cause Disturbed Periods?

thanks, i used microgynon30 for a month regularly . the second month i missed taking some tablets and eventually stopped. had my menses after that but now did not for a month and half . did a pregnancy test came out negative after five days of missing my menses. still no mense is it due to microgynon 30 or pregnant
