Can Minocycline Taken During Pregnancy Cause Fetal Harm?

I just found out I m about 3 weeks pregnant. I have been taking minocycline for about a year. I stopped immediately after getting a positive pregnancy test three days ago. I m super nervous as to the risks of that medication during pregnancy. What do you think the effects are on a pregnancy this early?
