Can Monistat Cream Be Used For Open Sores In Buttocks?

I had a yeast infection a week and a half ago. I cleared it up with monistat. But a couple of days later, I started having pain in between my butt. It was painful to poop. Then I notice there was a rash there so I started to use the rest of the monistat and hydrocortisone cream to clear it up. It's gotten a lot better the past couple of days but now I have an open sore. I'm not sure if it's a bad idea to continue putting these creams on the sore. Or if it's worth me seeing a doctor. Because I also considered the possibility of jock itch
