Can Morphea Scleroderma Be Recurred After Several Years?

Hi I had morphea scleroderma around 2008 which was eventually treated with methotraxate around 2010 when it started getting worse. I was also diagnosed autoimmune hypothyroid at the same time. Although methotraxate caused side effects, the morphea remitted, the associated antibodies went and I had no futher new patches. I did however start developing small amounts of vitiligo as the morphea went, the largest patch being on my upper forehead above hairline. So several autoimmunes. I think I may now again have a new morphea patch on my lower back around the base of the spine although I cannot see, the skin feels like it. This area is also slightly sore. Is it possible for morphea to regress like this after several years?
