Can Mydocalm And Cataflam Cause Yeast Infection?

Hi I was taking mydocalm and cataflam tablet for a pain I felt on the right side of my lower back due to a jerk I recieved in a car crash. I finished taking the tablets and realized that I have yeast infection. I am not sexually active. Could the tablets trigger off the yeast infection.
