Can Nan Pro Be Used Alternatively With Breast Milk?

Hi docs, my 3 months old daughter is currently on breastfeeding and her mother feels that baby is not getting enough milk from her. So insisting for top feed and someone suggested us for nan pro. Please advice what should we do and which milk and in what quantity it should be given.
