Can Nasonex Be Used For Recurrent Sinus And Ear Infections?

i have reoccurring sinus and ear infections. Take antibotic's and few weeks later it's back. This time of year is always the worst~ just after I begin using forced air heat. Have been reading online about Neimed bottle. Will this help of make it worse? What is your opinon of using non steroidal nasonex?
