Can Neoclav Be Used Instead Of Augmentin For Infection?

stuck in the house, sand winds are heavy and i m with a new born... I have a really sore throat, I m spitting yellow mucus. and my mouth top is swollen and itchy. I usually take Telefast for the swelling and itchyness and Augmentin for infection.... i don t have any augmentin at the moment... Is neoclav used for the same treatment?
