Can Neurocet Be Taken With High BP And Diabetes Medication?

Hello, I try many diff. drugs for my back pain and my right hip, the only remedy I found with no drugs,is Neurocet, I ignore if it can be taken with all drugs I m taking for High Blood Pressure and Diabetes? there are any contraindication I must replace my right Hip, but my pain is terrible and almost I can walk, only Neurocet aliviate it and I can walk now with care and No pain.
