Can Norethisterone And 63 Microgynon Delay Periods And Help In Contraception?

I am going on a holiday and wouldd not like to have my periods. My doc has thus prescribed Norethisterone 5mg. I expeect to have unprotected sex as well. Can I take both the Norethisterone and 63 microgynon together, or does Norethisterone cover the delay in period and the contraception as well?
