Can Nucynta, Wellbutrin, Zanaflex And Vicoprofen Be Taken Together?

I have just been prescribed nucynta er 50 mg every 12 hours for nerve pain along with cervical and lumbar back pain. I also take wellbutrin xl 350 mg, zanaflex and vicoprofen for breakthru pain. Wondering about interaction with wellbutrin and if I should take the other medications together or staggered at different times. Thank you for your help.
