Can Nurofen Plus And Sinus Pain Relief Medication Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Hi there, I am have a bad sinus infection, and I have been taking nurofen plus, which has coedine and ibuprofen, also a sinus pain relief with phenylephrine. I have just found out that I am pregnant. Can you advise if this is an issue please?
