Can OSMF lead to oral cancer?
I am suffering from osmf stage 3, Riht now I, am taking antioxidant Antoxid. Earlier I was having face pain and jaw pain. Now face pain has subsidised but Jaw pain and stiffness is still there. I have completely left the tobacco habit since three months now. My mouth opening is upto 25-30 mm. Can OSMF continue to grow in my case? Will I be able to feel painfree again. I have high ESR and low HB. Will my case definetly go and progress to Oral Cancer? Please respond as I am very worried.
