Can OTC Medication Trixaicin Cure Symptoms Of Peripheral Neuropathy?

my wife has systems of peripheral neuropathy and will see a Neurologist soon and I was speaking to a friend that told me he has the same and found that using an over the counter Trixaicin and Vitamin B has helped to regain feeling in his feet. My wife has the loss of feeling in her feet as well so just want to know if this is an option and what would you recommend as well. Dennis
