Can Omnicortil Be Given Before Food To An Infant?

My daughter 1 year old vomited completely after having omnicortil forte post her lunch which she is taking for her wheezing problem. She also passed normal quality stool after a while. again I gave omnicortil forte but before giving food. Thought of feeding her after 5 mins from taking medicine but she became very sleepy. So I had breastfed and put her on sleep. Will it create any problem ? Because her doctor advised to give omnicortil after breakfast or lunch.
