Can Oramorph Cause Tremors In Hands?

Hi I am on oramorph I took 10ml as prescribed but the doctor instruction about an hour ago am I am feel shakey mainly in my hands i only take it when pain get to worse to handily I have this as pain killers as ellergic to most other pain killers waiting for hospital appointment with the pain team to see if they can try different pain killer but I m still waiting for that to come throught
