Can Orlistat 60 Mg Cause Spotting From The Rectum?

I was prescribed Orlistat 60 mg 3 times a day. My age is 54 years old -female. I had started taking the same frm yesterday. Today i find blood spotting from the rectum. I spoke to the doctor who said that this is not due to the drug but cud be coz of a fissure etc. I have not had any bleeding from the rectum in the past. Shud i continue with Orlstat. l
