Can P250 And Novomox Be Given Together To A Child For Cold And Fever?

Hi doctor, my 4 year daughter is having cold and high fever temperature touching up to 104 degree, our paediatrician has prescribed p250 and codistar DX, and novomox 250 if temp doesn t reduces. Should I give p250 and novomox together or it has to used as substitutes. Kindly advice.
