Can PID Reappear After Completion Of The Antibiotics Course?

Hello, I'm 18 years old. I was diagnosed with severe PID a month ago and was given antibiotics by my Gynac, and a week later she said it had become a mild case, and a few days afterwards she said I was completely better. My period was late two weeks by that time, and a few days later I started having a pinkish vaginal discharge which gradually turned redder, but it wasn't blood. Nine days later I'm fine again and my vaginal discharge is normal. But I'm a bit worried again, last night my boyfriend fingered me and I had a bit of red blood like vaginal discharge, it wasn't that much, just a spot, but I'm very worried since I had PID. Could PID reappear? Is this happening because I'm not completely better?
