Can PTB Still Show On A Chest Exam After 6 Months Of Treatment And 3 Months Of Recovery?

Hello Doc. I would like to ask about my PTB. I ve done 6 months treatment and i also do physical activities like jogging etc. And after 3 months after my treatment I undergo medical check up on my chest and it find out that i still have a PTB in my lungs,,, is there any possibility that i carry this sick for a longtime or in my whole life?? And please give me some advises to cure this symptoms... Hoping for your answer
