Can Panadol And Parafon Be Taken Together?

Hi Doctor, I have had a headache for the past 4 hours, I couldn t stand the pain, took 2 Panadol extra and they didn t work after 30 minutes, I then took Parafon that includes Paracetamol. Is it safe to take all that ? I didn t think of the consequences.
