Can Primlev Be Taken In Place Of Hydrocodone?

It has been Rimpossible to get my hydrocodone since Oct. 6. I was taking 10/325 hydrocodone apap for my chronic back pain, i.e. spinal stenosis and bulging discs. I've just been offered an opportunity to try Primlev (Primalev). I know that you can't give advice but it sounds like this would work well. Any thoughts?
