Can Primolut N Cause A False Positive Pregnancy Test After Initially Testing Negative?

Hi., my periods were late around 10 days. I went through a USg and also got my urine tested for pregnancy but it was negative. Doctor put me on Primolut N . Now after 2 days of medication the at home strip test came out positive. Can thjs be a false positive result due to mediaction?
