Can Primolut-N Cause Prolonged Abdominal Pain Even A Month After Stopping?

Hi, for the delay of periods I used primolut-N for 6 days in the month of March 2023 and I got the periods when I stopped tablets again I used the tablets in the month of May 2023 to attend a function from the past 1 month onwards I am facing abdominal pain . MRI scanning and X-ray also and I got report as normal. Suggest me how to relax from the pain.i didn’t had renal calci also. I am unable to face the pain.
