Can Primolut N Delay Withdrawal Bleeding During The Contraceptive Pill Break?

Hello Doctor, I am on the contraceptive pill and i on my 28th day, my last day, i took Primolut N which was recommended to me by a doctor. I normally see my bleed on 5th -7th day of my contraceptive break, but it has been delayed. Im sure im not pregnant so im wondering whats going on.
