Can Retane Be Used For Acne On Face?

Hello Good Evening,

I have an acne problem now, and i don't know how to get rid of it, I am also afraid to use any of the medicines for acne or soap or creams, cos i have been in treatment before i was taken a Retane
for acne, for almost 4 months and rhe result was good i think for almost 2 years i don't have pimples. But now i have it again. I just like to ask, if it's okay if i will use that product again (Retane) maybe it will work or it will be worst?
