Can Risperidone Be Taken Along With Clonidine?

My grandson took Vyvanse at 7am and then he took his Clondine at 5pm. The doctor changed his prescription to Risperidone and it was filled this evening, can he start the Risperidone tonight or should he wait. We are told to take the Risperidone at bedtime
