dear sir am a diabetic patient from one month when i come to knw my sugar was fasting sugar 468 and triglisorides where 2046 so doctor advised me to take rosavel and lantus insulin daily when i checked today my fasting sugar is 97 and triglisorides level is 125 mg so can i stop rosavel tablet and can i reduce insulin dose
