Can Seborrheic Dermatitis And Muscle Pain Be Related?
I am a physical therapist and just had a patient come in with trigger points and muscle pain in bilateral upper traps and posterior cervical muscles with daily 8/10 head aches. She has been dealing with Seborrheic dermatitis since Feb when she used an old can of hair spray. The head aches began at the same time. Do you think they are related to the dermatitis?
