Can Silverex Plus Cream Be Used On A Cut On The Finger?

i am sandeep from USA i cut my finger while cutting vegetables on 30th Aug morning. the wound looked a little deep.I washed the wound with water ,stopped the bleeding by applying ice on it . covered the wound using a Bandaid . after about 19 hours i removed the band aid to change it. I can still see the open cut.The bleeding has stopped .I had a tetanus shot about a few months back.I have "silverex plus"cream at home.Can it be used.
