Can Synalar Otic Drops Be Used To Clear The Fullness In Ears?

I had a followup checkup with my ENT. i was prescribed of Synalar Otic to be administered to my left ear 3 times a day. This was prescribed by my doctor because i told him i experienced pain in my left ear for 2 days. It is okay to administer it to my right ear even if dont experience pain but just fullness? Please note that after 2 administrations, i noticed that the pain went away and the fullness diminished. I dont know if the Synalar helps in the fullness of my left ear thats why i wanted it to use in my right ear.
