Can Tensimin Alone Reduce The Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?

I am taking stamlo 5 one in the monring for last two months after accidentally noticing BP levels at 180/95 and above. I am also taking along with this Tensimin 25 mg one at night. My BP level is at 125/75 adn pulse hovering between 50 to 60 . Can I go only with Tensimin 25 mg one tablet daily and stop stamlo 5. please guide. Thanks & Reegds
