Can Theraflu Be Taken For Sinus Infection Along With Phentermine?

I am on a daily dose of phentermine 37.5. I took my last dose at 11 am this morning. I have a sinus infection that has gotten progressively worse throughout the day and would like to take a theraflu. I am hoping that I can without any horrid interactions. Please help
